Community-AMC Partnership for Health Initiative
Frank deGruy and Robert McGranaghan approved to move ahead with the initiative. This initiative is supported by the Chancellor, Lilly Marks, and the Dean with a commitment for 2-years start-up funding of ~$650,000.
The primary goal of the Community-AMC Partnership for Health Initiative is to enhance existing partnerships and identify new, address social/biomedical determinants of health, facilitate open communication/capacity-building among the partners, and inform institutional changes necessary for effective collaboration.

Wendy Madigosky, MD, Course Director and Kristin Furfari, MD, Assoc. Course Director, put out a call for all primary care providers to help fill the ongoing need for Foundations of Doctoring (FOD) preceptors.
As a an FOD preceptor, you will help equip students with the basic skills, while emphasizing a humanistic approach to medical care. Please contact , MD if you are interested.
